I received the following comment from a reader last week:
“okay so i have a pool party i am going to july 2 (a little less than a month) and while I am a year round athlete and usually exercise and eat very well, i don’t feel exactly “bikini ready”, I’m not really concerned with loosing a ton of weight or anything but just wondering if there are any tips for slimming down or firming up a little? I already run and go to the gym out of athletic obligation and have been trying to eat proportional and healthy meals, any way I could just get rid of little extra belly chub? I know a month isn’t a lot but im not really looking for any miracles. So any ideas? oh and no diet pills/extreme diets/starvation, i mean im pretty much happy with myself, just need a little boost in a bikini.
What would you suggest??
