@misscupcake48 Thanks for your reply. Yes I meant 11am.
@RenataRath1983 do u mean 11:00 am?
@goblinair You’re probably right about breakfast veing a smaller meal anyway. And yea most of Natalies videos do have some good information
Today, I had an omelet: one egg, one egg white, 1oz. fat free feta cheese, 4 small mushrooms sliced, half of a small tomato(2in in diameter) diced, 4 slices of deli style turkey breast. This omelet is approx. 300 cal. and with a cup of skim milk (8oz) this breakfast is a little under 400 cal. I usually eat 400 cal meals and leave 400 cal for snacks in between meals.
Breakfast tends to be a smaller meal. At least for me. I would assume that lunch and dinner are more like 800 a piece. Also I bet Nathalie would recommend eating a few snacks throughout the day too. I don’t know if you have watched a lot of Nathalie’s videos but they usually have a lot of good info.
Poopoo is a healthy breakfast
The breakfast your’re suggesting only has half the amount of calories you need (400), if you’re eating three meals that day and a man needs 2500cal (if not doing manual labur) then the breakfast needs a bit over 800cal. Three meals or even four meals of only 400 calories would be a starvation diet.
Wholemeal savoury pancakes, stuffed with pork belly peaces, butter and chedder with black pepper, with some fresh ground strong coffee.
I know I feel good on it, ergo it’s good for me
Holla! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father lost a ton of weight with it.
fruits, veggies, oatmeal
@kato69ish Only if oral-hygiene isn’t needed after-word from a form of quick breakfast. Are you trying to justify a form of unhealthy breakfast?
i just thought eating at home was better than eating out
I have a question. Smoothies in the morning work for me in summer because I’m home and can eat lunch at the time I like. But when school starts again, I need to feel full longer. Plus, all the work makes me even hungrier. Is there a way to feel fuller- like something I can add to a smoothie?
Smoothie with a handful of nuts plus if I’ll be doing a lot that say- a vegetarian sausage link. Tastes just like meat.
Oats(water added), with crushed walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds and either banana, blueberries or rasberries or other fruits
2 soft boiled eggs 2 slices of whole grain bread with some mayo and a cup of OJ
@mitsubishi777 that could also be because of other things like education etc. which exists in advanced industrial countries. I’m just saying that meat isn’t the only difference between the two.
fruit, nuts, milk, more fruit and cereals
Although I’m not very good at English, catching what she speaks is relatively easy because she speaks like an ESL teacher. Her accent is similar to my English language learning CD’s accent. I think eating much meat makes people become smart because peoples of advanced industrial countries tend to eat much meat compared to peoples of non-advanced industrial countries.
@peacewalker7 good luck with all that fruits. too much is just excess frucose which will lead to excess fat. steelcut oatmeal with blueberries= god of all breakfasts, plus some eggwhites.
