mimi asked:
I am 5′1 155 lbs so I need to lose 25 lbs. I already am on a healthy balance diet and exercised regularly but I want an added kick to it. I am scared to take diet pills because of the side effects but does anyone know of any with no side effects which are safe but actually work?

Try Alli it is the only diet pill approved by the fda.
Ive tried countless ways to lose weight and never had any success with diets, milkshakes meals or anything else like that. Then i found a simple solution that ill never quit because it works plain and simple. The way i go about losing the weight is available at just about any pharmacy. Ephedrine has been clinically proven to suppress appetite and give energy. The basis for that is its a natural bronchiodialator, meaning that it relaxes the alveoli in your lungs and allows your lungs to absorb oxygen at a much better rate. The increase in oxygen to the brain gives a corresponding boost of energy. The brand names for ephedrine are things like Bronkaid, Priamtene Mist, and Primatene tabs. Im sure theres other products with ephedrine in them, but those are the 3 i use most regularly. With most people starting out at roughly 25mg per dose is effective, but your body will quickly grow immune to it, requiring you to up the dosage over time. The effects last roughly 6 hrs and while on it the most common effects are suppressed appetite, increased energy and a little bit of light headedness (try not to stand up from a sitting position to a standing position too fast or youll get a head rush [maybe thats not all bad
] Ephedrine used to be very common until about ‘02 when it was banned as a dietary supplement, but its still available for use medicinally which if PROPERLY misused can be very effective. Be safe, Be smart, do your research.

Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA. There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $50 billion a year industry in “weight loss” supplements?
The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market.
Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You will be spending somewhere between $2 and $4 per day on a product that is not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
Good luck.
Thermo Phen Phen is the best thing I have ever used and is 100% natural and safe and works great. It kills your appetite and also increases your metabolism by giving you energy.
